It is 2026, and many people believe racism continues to exist in ways that are not always obvious. While laws have changed and society has made progress, some communities still feel that racial bias influences how certain cases are handled.
There have been a lot of cases about black people hanging in trees with them demeaning it is sucide when in reality how did the person that got up there get up there? There is no signs of how they got up there. There is no chairs, latters or anything for them to get up there so how is it suicide?
A lot of people argue that some cases involving Black victims may not receive the same level of scrutiny or investigation that other cases receive. They point to instances that they believe contain unanswered questions and claim that authorities are too quick to close investigations.
There is so much being swept under the rug.
